Home Care Aides at Full Life go through a vigorous hiring process that includes phone and face to face interviews, background checks, and health assessments. If they make it pass this point, they are then trained by a licensed RN with years of experience in this field. We started this process to ensure that your aide is someone you can trust, feel comfortable with and is fully trained to do the job.

Our aides will work in a patient’s home and help with a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Plan and prepare meals, followed by clean-up
  • Monitor food expiration dates, make future meals
  • Make beds and change linens, as needed
  • Light housekeeping to include dusting and vacuuming
  • Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Take out garbage
  • Run errands (pickup prescriptions, dry cleaning)
  • Engage in physical and mental exercises
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Escort on appointments (hair salon, physical therapy, etc.)
  • Keep a daily log
